Printing Limitations

• ArtShop Graphics does not check any customer submission for spelling, grammar, or any other errors. The design will be printed as it appears during the approval step. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all materials submitted for printing are correctly worded.

• Printing errors attributed to the customer will not be reprinted. However, customers may correct their issue and reprint the product at 50% of the cost for each item. Shipping will be set as ground for reprints and will be paid for by the customer. Only in the event of error attributed to ArtShop Graphics, we will reprint and ship free of charge.

• ArtShop Graphics does not censor or refuse any material, but neither does it review material to make sure it is in compliance with the law. ArtShop Graphics accepts no liability for materials that are subject to copyright or trademark protections. ArtShop Graphics will not be held accountable for possession of illegal materials or illegal use of materials. Customer is solely responsible for ALL materials supplied to ArtShop Graphics. Violation of these terms of service will indemnify ArtShop Graphics against any legal action
